Simpson Air, a local HVAC contractor, came to us with a litany of issues caused by mismanagement by prior marketing teams. We were able to help create a completely new presence, including a new logo, social media accounts, rebuilt website and marketing strategy.
The Challenge
Simpson Air had multiple orphaned websites, URLs, and business listings under various names, due to multiple marketing teams creating properties that Simpson Air didn't own. We needed to clean those up, create a new website, and create a cohesive campaign that would generate visibility for the business.
Our Solution
We started by claiming and merging as many of the listings as we could. There were several under various versions of the business name, so it took weeks of scouring the internet to find them all. Once we had those all cleaned up, we registered a URL and hosting service that Mr. Simpson owned, and built a new Wordpress website on it. Next, we created a new brand identity, complete with style guide and new logo. Finally, we put together a marketing campaign that included SEO, Local SEO, Reputation Management, Google Ads Management and Social Media.Â
Results
Mr. Simpson had one of the best summers he's had in years in 2023. He was able to book up his schedule consistently, and also grew his reviews and ratings on Google from 12 when we started to 102 by the end of October. He did well enough that he was able to launch a side-project business, which was also successful.Â
